"We buy and resell parcels of plant and machinery (usually by Online Auction). We bought the contents of a food factory in the North East through Johnny with an undertaking to clear the site with an agreed time frame.

The negotiations were tough but once agreed Johnny was as good as his word. Inevitably in such a complex sale unforeseen issues arose but with Johnny we were able to resolve them quickly and fairly and keep the disinvestment project on track.

The project was completed on time and in budget and this was in no small part due to Johnny’s input. We would be very happy to do another project with Johnny any time."
